WHO WE ARE

Having had a father and three uncles who were all in the building trade it wasn’t long before I realised what my future held. When I was Eighteen I went to work as an Architectural draftsman with an Architect in Castle Hill, NSW, and for the next six years was involved with designing and building individual homes. Having had a good knowledge of the building trade through my relatives it wasn’t long before I myself became registered and still to this day do the thing I enjoy, Building.

The building trade has been in my blood since I was a young lad, going to work with my father and uncles, all of whom were carpenters, and being taught the finer art of building. The saying that still sticks in my head that my father mentioned many a time was “if you are going to do it, do it right the first time”. This is how I have been able to keep up my cliental as I have always had work through recommendations from my past projects and I can assure you that it is the best way to remain in this business.

Co-Design Constructions is not a large or medium sized building company, and does not want to be. I have always been personally involved with every project we have done and that is the way I am sure “it will be done right the first time.”

Our trades people have been involved with us for many years for the simple fact that they are the people I can trust to keep up the standard required for that individual project. When it comes to individual projects we are more than happy to give you any advise required, be it design, material selection or even what door handles should I consider, nothing is a problem when it comes to having the final result the client requires.

After my drafting experience I went and worked for my uncle doing carpentry and still doing drafting for people who knew of me. I became a registered builder in 1990 and have been involved in many various projects since then.
